      SFP+ connection

      If you are using the s2i Transport Layer it is required to configure the network adapter properly. The HPE Ethernet 10Gb 2-port 560SFP+ Adapter and Intel (X710) are configured during installation. 

      * Some manufacturers encode their cards. Those cards can only be used with the appropriate transceivers.
      Example: Intel X710 chipsets only work with Intel or Intel-configured transceivers

      Installation 

      Network adapter

      Download and install the following files
      Download the Wired_dirver_xx and the Wired_PROSet_xx from the Intel Homepage.
      Network adapter with X550 Intel chipset
      Download and install the following files
      Download the Wired_dirver_xx and the Wired_PROSet_xx from the Intel Homepage.
      Network adapter with X710 Intel chipset
      Download and install the following files
      Download the Release_xx from the Intel Homepage.

      Installation 

      1. Download the driver file and follow the installation instructions.

      For the Broadcom Network adapter "P210TP - 2 x 10GBASE-T PCIe NIC", you can find the download files here. 

      2. Set Jumbopacket Size 
      • Open the Device Manager
      • Right-click one ethernet connection of the Gigabit Ethernet network card, and then click Properties  
      • Click Configure, and then click the Advanced tab
      • Set Jumbo packet to 9014 byte 

      Setup

      1. Open the camera with GCT
      2. In GCT navigate to DS0neo_interface_configuration
      3. Enable the Enable Packet Resend feature
      4. Set the Packet Resend Count to 255 (or 99)
