Limits

• Delta X  / Delta Y / Angle / Deviation / Modulation

  Specifies the limit value at which the display of the adjustment indicators changes from green to red

  Note: The limit values must be set according to the adjustment requirements.

The parameters set are stored in the AdjustParameterDescription.json file via Save Limits.

Calculation

• Safety Margin allows you to restrict the selection range of the adjustment software to the left and right areas of the image. This excludes objects or markers that are not relevant for the adjustment process.

• Safety Modulation increases or decreases the ROI search range for the Modulation markers.

• Safety Ns increases or decreases the ROI search range for the N markers.

• Safety Middle increases or decreases the ROI search range for the Middle marker.

• Threshold changes the sensitivity of the line detection of the Adjustment software. It may be necessary to adjust this value if there is contamination on the target that interferes with the software detection of the markers.

The parameters set are stored in the AdjustParameterDescription.json file via Save Parameter.

Target Resolution

The target resolution specifies the optical resolution of the system.

This parameter can only be adjusted directly in the file AdjustParameterDescription.json

The unit of the parameter in the file is mm.
