Configure an Euresys Coaxlink

Use the correct firmware

In order to operate a Chromasens CXP camera with an euresys frame grabber, the correct firmware must be loaded on the frame grabber.

To check the firmware version and change it if necessary, please follow the steps below:

1. Open the Euresys Firmware Manager

2. Select the frame grabber

3. Chech the firmware version

it is required to use the following variants:

  • Variante “1-camera” revision X

  • Variante “2-camera” revision X

  • Variante “4-camera” revision X

Please do not use the line-scan firmware

4. Change the firmware version

To change the firmware:

  • Select the correct firmware version

  • Press “Proceed” and wait until the download is finished

  • Power-cycle the PC
