Irreparable damage to the camera
If the camera ist powered down during firmware update it may get into a non-functional state. Recovery may not be possible.

Up-/Download 对话框允许您将文件从 PC 上传到相机，例如，相机包文件以及用户设置。您还可以将文件从相机下载到 PC。支持的文件类型和扩展名取决于摄像机类型。

将文件上传到相机

您可以恢复之前从相机下载的用户设置、校准文件和其他文件类型。 

1. 在 菜单栏中 ，导航到 Tools（工具）。 

2. 单击 Up-/Download 或使用热键 Ctrl+D。		Up_Download_1
此时将打开 Update/Download 向导。
3. 单击 选择更新文件 ，选择要上传的文件，然后单击 打开。
4. GCT 显示警告消息。
5. 检查文件的 Type 是否与“Update”（更新）中的所选类别相对应。
6. 单击 Start Update（开始更新）。 
7. GCT 显示警告消息。
8. 单击 “Yes”（是 ）开始上传。
9. 检查信息框中的文本：如果更新成功，则包含一条绿色确认消息“更新已成功完成”。		Up_Download_6

将文件从相机下载到 PC

固件文件以及用户设置和其他文件类型可从相机下载到 PC 并保存为文件。

1. 在 菜单栏中 ，导航到 Tools（工具）。 

2. 单击 Up-/Download 或使用热键 Ctrl+D。
此时将打开 Update/Download 向导。
1. 单击 “下载 ”，然后在下拉菜单中选择您的文件。
2. 单击 “下载到”。
3. 选择一个文件夹，输入文件名，然后单击 Save（保存）。		Up_Download_4


更新固件

  1. Download firmware from the Chromasens website or use the firmware file provided by Chromasens.

  1. Note the Device Package Version of the currently installed firmware displayed in the Device Control feature group.

  1. In the menu bar navigate to Tools.
  2. Click Up-/Downloador use the hotkey Ctrl+Shift+D.

The Update/Download wizard opens.

  1. Click Select Update File and select the Firmware Package file to upload and click Open.
NOTE: Firmware Package file 
For allPIXA evo select the allPIXAevo_listfile_......ini file.
For allPIXA neo select the allPIXAneo_listfile_.....ini file.

GCT shows a warning message.

  1. Check if the Update field shows the Firmware Package file type.
  2. Click Start Update.

  1. Click Yes to start the Upload.
NOTE: Time for Update
Depending on the file size, firmware upload may take up to several minutes.
  1. Check the text in the Info Box: If the update was successful, it contains a green confirmation message “Update is successfully completed”.
NOTE: Update Status 
If the update was unsuccessful, do not switch off the camera, try to restore the previous state by uploading the correct file for the previously selected file type.

  1. Power Cycle and Reconnect the camera
    NOTE: Power Cycle 
    It is recommended to disconnect the power supply for 30 seconds.

  1. Check the Device Package Version in the Device Control feature group to make sure that the camera successfully booted with the new firmware.
