You can export support files and send them to Chromasens support.

The support files can be log files or system information.

Log files

Saving log window to file

You can save the content of the log window to a file. The log file relates to the active tab and the connected XLC4 control unit.

  1. In the specific dropdown menu of the active tab click Save log window to file.

A Windows file dialog opens.

  1. Save the log file.

Clearing log window

You can clear the content of the log file.

  • In the specific dropdown menu of the active tab click Clear log window.

Hiding log window

You can hide the log window without deleting the content.

  • In the specific dropdown menu of the active tab click Hide log window.

System information

Saving system information

You can save system information of all connected XLC4 control units and the Corona II modules to an ASCII file.

  1. In the general dropdown menu click Save system info to file.

A Windows file dialog opens.

  1. Save the system info file. The default name is “systemInfoLog.txt”

Transferring system information to log window

You can transfer system information to the log window.

  • In the general dropdown menu click Save system info to file.
